Very convenient location, unexpensive parking in city center.
Basic room furniture & deco.
Excellent location, walking distance to many attactions
Efficient staff, left luggage room was great. Our room was overlooking park Miro ad the little balcony was good. The pool was small but fine for a dip after walking round Barcelona. The location is a winner, about 200 metres from airport bus stop and as it is first bus stop on way in to Barcelona and the last on the way out the trip to the airport is only about 15 minutes. The Place Espanya metro is next door and that links you to all of Barcelona and if you feeling lazy there are some very good quick eating places in the plaza under the Arenes.
The location was excellent for access to central Barcelona and for trains to the airport. The staff were professional yet laid back. The cleaner was particularly attentive, friendly and helpful with information.
cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the staffs
roof top pool and position of hotel
breakfast could have more choice on the cooked breakfast
Location is excellent for seeing Barcelona.
Perfekt location, good breakfast, comfortable room
The staff was very friendly. And it is close to metro.
In front of Hotel is dark at night. And room beside road is noisy. But inner side room is very quiet.
Location is great as a few meters away from huge shopping center (which also has a supermarket). Also only 1 min walk to Place Espanya and the subway. Airport bus shuttle from Terminal 1 (Barcelona Airport) stops at Place Espanya and the hotel is only 200 meter away. The beds were comfy. Aircondition worked good. Big plasma tv and clean bathroom. Mini fridge is there. Also free WiFi in hotel room. Just need to get the password and username from the reception. Would recommend that hotel for a city trip, conferences and short weekend stay.
The cleaning staff starts at 7.30 and as the beds are two big single beds pushed together they push them very loudly while cleaning. For people who want to have a lay in it is not the perfect hotel. Furthermore no soap etc. in the bathroom at the first day but was given on the 3rd day. Window could not be opened, thus nothing for people who are claustophobic.
Location. It is right by Las Arenas, an old bullring which is now a fairly spectacular shopping and restaurant complex. We walked to La Rambla in around half an hour, but the metro is two minutes walk away, so dead easy to get around.
A bar would have been nice. We arrived at around 20:00, straight from the airport after quite a bit of hassle picking up the hire car. The opportunity to have a relax with a cold beer before heading out for dinner would have been good. There are many nice restaurants and bars nearby though, so this isn't something that would put me off staying again.
Location the magic fountains, the Mount de Monjuic and the shoppind mall are a min walk. Also the aerobus that goes from the airport to the city stops 2 min walk from the hotel, one good staff member.
For the most part terrible staff one guy was just plain nasty! I maybe encountered one nice/friendly/helpful guy the whole time i was there (5 days). They wouldn't check us in 30 min early!!! Our shower wasn't working well and what people say about paper thin walls is totally true ( not that it go in the way of me sleeping: i can sleep through a war). There is a dog park and if you windows are facing the st or the Arena you will enjoy constant dog barking. The pool is more like a tub. Over all I would give it 3/5 and only because of the amazing location.
Great location, easy access to bus and metro links. From the airport a taxi is about 25/26 euros. The staff are really helpful with maps and directions. The cleaner comes in every day and changes sheets every other day. Breakfast was buffet style, included continental and cooked (i.e bacon, eggs sausages). The roof top pool is small but adequate for cooling off. It is all one depth so perfect for children. There is also a small area of shade. There are clean pool towels, each day by the pool to use. The room was a good size and we had a balcony and a view of Joan Miro parc. It had a mini fridge and t.v in the room. There is also a `business` area on floor A which has sofas and two computers and printers, which are free to use. The hotel also has free wi-fi in the rooms. There is a shopping complex directly across the road in the Arena, which has a supermarket and food courts downstairs.
The air conditioner could have been a lot cooler - confusing settings. The shower head did not sit into fixture correctly, so had to be held when showering. It would have been nice to have an extra chair, especially one or two to sit out on the balcony. The safes do not work, but there is a hotel safe which you can use. There was, on a couple of occasions, scrapping noises from bed/furniture being moved early in the morning - not sure if this was due to the cleaners or other guest.
I did not like color of the bed itis not imagine itis Black I am stay 2 night I am not slipping well that is why I am change my hotel and also not clean and safty boxes not working I am ask for change or fixed they do not do it. it is a bad hotel I have seen in my life.
The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main road which gives easy access to the metro, buses and shopping centre including a supermarket.
Due to the hotel being opposite a restaurant and shopping centre, there is a lot of noise late night/early morning when deliveries are made. The hotel rooms are tiled and the noise from footwear echos. No English speaking channels on TV.
